1960’s Hard Plastic Doll - Hand-sewn Dress

This is a hard plastic doll from the 1950’s or 1960’s. The doll itself is about 4 inches tall. The handmade dress she wears is about 7 inches. Someone’s grandmother did a great job on this dress. The dress is made of a gold satiny material, and has boxer type undies to match. On top of the dress is a Lacey brocade of gold with a ruffle on the bottom. The bonnet was done in the same fashion. I bet the little girl who got this doll was very happy. Present condition, well… I can tell she was on a shelve and not played with much. That is for sure.
