Miniature Doll House -Ceramic Chairs - Japan - Circa 1950

These are white ceramic chairs, circa 1950, from Japan. They have a gold inlay which has faded in parts but does not take away from this sets beauty. They are intricately carved, and the lack of color only highlights their shape. One seat has what looks like a red snowflake. I’m unsure what that is about. Please look at pictures closely.
