Bradley Doll -1951

This is a Bradley Doll. One of my favorite dolls. I grew up in the seventies where every girl wanted a Bradley Doll. Bradley Dolls were made from the 1950’s all the way through the 1980’s. The were made in Korea and Japan.Bradley dolls (or pose dolls) were boudoir dolls and fairly inexpensive when originally created. Sold in drug stores and discount shops. They have firm foam bodies with wired legs and arms, including long, articulated little fingers with outfit-matching nail polish. They were so popular that they manufactured more with giant, turn of the century dresses. The larger the dress the better the Bradley. I have two Bradley’s for sale. This one is blonde haired, and blue eyed. She has an off white, flowered, gown, with a yellow apron.! She has amazingly blue eyes and a little tiny mouth. To me they look like today’s Japanese anime. This Bradley is perfect , no blemishes of any kind. She stands 14 inches. Thank you for visiting our store and thank you for considering this Bradley Doll.
